We collect information needed to manage your stay, including guest name, mobile number, email address, stay dates, room selection, payment status, special requests and self check-in details. For identity verification, guests may upload an ID document such as passport, driving licence, Aadhaar, voter ID or another accepted ID.

- To process secure online payments through Razorpay.
- To contact you before, during or after your stay.
- To complete legally required guest check-in and verification.
- To improve guest service and respond to requests.
Payments
Online payments are processed through Razorpay. The Ashvem Horizon does not store your card, UPI or banking details on this website. Razorpay may process payment information according to its own security and privacy standards.
ID uploads and security
ID documents submitted through self check-in are stored in a protected server folder and are used only for guest verification and property records. Access is limited to the property team and hosting account administrators.
Sharing of information
We do not sell guest information. We may share information only when required for payment processing, booking operations, legal compliance, safety, fraud prevention or support from our website/hosting providers.
Retention
Booking and check-in records are kept only as long as needed for property records, accounting, legal requirements and guest service. You may contact us to request correction of your contact information.
